Oliver`s Beef & Brew in Hutchinson

Good beer and good appetizers. We went on a Friday and it was busy.

It took three waiters to get us our drinks, and when they finally arrived they were still wrong had to be taken back and replaced. When my food finally arrived it was also wrong, no apologies were made by any member of the staff. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The server named broc was the best. I will go back just hecaise of him. Had a geat laugh. It was kinda hot in there not sure why. But great food and cold beer.

Oliver's has been in Hutchinson for many years in one form or another and it just keeps getting better! The food is one of a kind, the atmosphere is laid back and the beer selection is more eclectic than at your average eatery.

Local restaurant supporting local brewery got to love it. I sure did. Wish every restaurant was to this friendly and accommodating, most don't even come close. Good prices and menu selection and full bar. What are you waiting for 🤗

First time there was a good time!!! Crazy to see it from a little burger joint to a full scale restaurant. Keep up the good hard work Shad and crew.

We used to go there at least once a week. They changed and I think lost their originality. Just went there recently to give it another chance again, still my favorite place in town, but I prefer they way it used to be.

The food and drinks were really good but it took a very long time to get waited on & to get our food.

We ordered 4 different sandwiches and they were all very good, the whole family finished their plates. Good prices too. We'll definitely be back to try out more of the menu.

Had so much fun playing trivia with friends. The food is hit and miss. Our app was cold/still frozen. The time before everything was great. It seems to go that way. I think it all comes down to who is working. We will definitely go back though!

It's alright. I just wish my order was right. Ordered boneless wings, got bone in (togo, so I didn't see til it was too late - charged for boneless also.)

We arrived around 7pm.we came from 3 hours away. There were around 12 customers. The waitress came and took our drink order. Then she came back we ordered the sampler appetizer. When we got it the cowboy bites were not done. When we ordered our meal she said they were out of blue cheese dressing for the salad. My boyfriend said he'd just eat the appetizer. I was going to order the ribeye but decided it was time to go. Waitress left sampler moved on to the next customers and brought no napkins or silverware or plates for sampler platter. We didnt see her for a while. I flagged down another waitress and asked for silverware and napkins. she brought the napkins and said the silverware was being washed. So I asked for a box and the check. It was time to go. Not going back.

Service was great, friendly and respectable staff. Food tasted amazing.

The food was pretty good. The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have lived on tips and I know what it takes. I also complely understand the struggles associated with a busy kitchen. There is no excuse for empty drinks, not knowing how to calculate our bills or having to wait an hour for our checks. Absolutely ridiculous! It should not take two and half hours for dinner.

Arrived at about 9:30 pm on the night before Thanksgiving. Our group seated ourselves. Saw several waitresses walking around but not a single person came to our table for at least 30 minutes. Place was not busy. Could not have been worse service.

The food is great. The staff... not so much. They spend most of their time crowded around the bar talking.

They have good food. The dangler player was good.

Friendly bartenders, good food, and yea, they can even throw together a mojito (or 3) for ya even when they dont typically have the ingredients on hand!

Great food at a good price.

We have eaten at the Olivers in Little River and the food was tasty and the atmosphere was great. However, we ate at the one in Hutch today and were disappointed. Our waiter was friendly and the food was okay, but the restaurant was dirty. There were crumbs and grime on the windowsill, seats, and backs of the seats. And the floors didn't look clean. I hope they will see this review and make improvements. It was an unfortunate first impression and we likely won't be returning.

Good food. Waitress took my order and the guy next to me without writing it down. His was a little harder than mine but she got both right. Part of his was not on the menu but she accomadated him with no problem. Been a long time since I have seen service like that. We were sitting at the bar.

One of, if not the best steak I've ever eaten at a restaurant! Super friendly staff and waitresses as well.

Burgers were juicy and flavorful! Fries tender and fresh cut. Onion rings the best I’ve had in a long time... maybe ever! Waitress was friendly and we were served quickly. Would highly recommended!
